If something arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right. Here is the working outline while counsel finalizes the language.

Damaged or short delivery
Report a damaged tote, drum, or jug, or a short count, within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace or credit the affected product.
Unopened product
Unopened, undamaged product in its original container may be eligible for return. Because these are liquid ag inputs, opened containers and custom-blended programs are handled case by case.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and what happened. We coordinate pickup or replacement and confirm any credit in writing.
